My Colon Cancer Companion

The idea for a patient journal was inspired by conversations with our community of colon cancer patients, survivors, caregivers and professionals that revealed patients are underserved in the non-clinical aspects of their experience. In a perfect world, every patient would have a nurse navigator to whom they could access anytime with questions or to discuss medical or emotional matters - but they don’t. My CCC was created to help fill this gap.

Less about rehashing or reinventing medical content (plenty of good information exists already), My CCC assumes the role of a compassionate companion. One that anticipates your questions, equips you with the knowledge to be your own advocate, offers relatable stories from people who’ve been there, and helps you navigate your patient experience (and the system) with confidence and courage.

Wherever the road ahead leads,
My CCC is designed to travel with you.
